Introduction

This agreement binds you (“you”) to the terms and conditions set forth herein in connection with your use

of f2h.io (“we”, “our”, “us”, “File2Host”, or “company”) software, services or other offerings on our site (collectively, our “services”). By using any of the company services, you agree to

accept the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use all or any portion of the company services.

As a user of the website, you must agree to have read the terms of using the website.

General

By accessing or using any part of the Website or Service, You agree to be bound by our Terms and Policies. The company holds the right to modify or upgrade its services at any time. If you are at any time dissatisfied with our services, then your sole remedy is to discontinue our services.

Note that File2Host may revise these Terms from time to time. Each revised version shall be dated and posted on the Website. Therefore File2Host recommends that you review the Website from time to time and take note of any changes. If you do not agree with the Terms and Policies, You should not or no longer access or use the Website and/or its Services.

 

Application

File2Host provides you with an application for sending up to limited amount GB of data (files) via the internet free of charge via the File2Host website. The application also offers an expansion of the services for a fee.

 

Copyright or Trademark Infringement

A user is not permitted to save on the File2Host servers any content that the user has not obtained by legal means and/or that cannot legally be distributed by the user (e.g. Content that violates any copyrights, instructions for criminal offenses against public order, child pornography, racist or violence glorifying content, etc.). By saving content on the File2Host servers, the users agree that they may not upload or otherwise transmit trough File2Host any content that is subject to any third party rights without being granted permission by such third parties to do so. By saving content on the File2Host servers, the users acknowledge and agree that File2Host will in no way be subject to any obligation, whether of confidentiality, attribution or otherwise, regarding the content.

File2Host reserves the right to immediately block content contrary to the above and to delete content, including content, which are identical to previously deleted content. File2Host is entitled to cease without notice the services (paid or unpaid) to a user, who infringes File2Host 's upload and content rules, including to block the access of the said user and/or to delete the accounts of the said user, including all content.

 

File2Host shall not be liable in any manner for the destruction, deletion, modification, impairment, hacking of or any other damage or loss of any kind caused to content, including, but not limited to, deletion of content upon the termination or expiration of a user's account.

Complaints about violators of our Policy should be sent via e-mail to abuse@file2host.com or support@file2host.com.

File2Host makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, File2Host does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

By using the file sharing functions of this site, you agree that this site is not intended to facilitate piracy, and we will cooperate with any and all law enforcement action or copyright claims presented to us, which may include immediate termination of account privileges and deletion of all files. We reserve the right to delete files we believe in violation of copyright at any time. We reserve the right to inspect file names to detect possible piracy.

When using the File2Host application, you guarantee that you have all the required authorizations to distribute, transfer, store, and disclose online and for downloading the file used, namely also from the standpoint of copyright and intellectual property rights.

Indemnity

The notifying party shall indemnify File2Host for all claims of the user providing the disputable contents, which will relate to how File2Host processed the notice and furthermore for all claims of that user related to the contents, which the user sent via the File2Host service.

Monitoring of Content

 File2Host does not control the content of users and does not have any obligation to monitor such content for any purpose. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all content and activity that occurs when using F2H.io.

Use of the Application by Users below 18 Years

The File2Host application may be used by a user older than 16 years or younger with the consent of the parents or legal representatives.

Governing Law

Any claim relating to File2Host web site shall be governed by the laws of the Israel state without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
